Depart the U.S.
- Board your overnight international flight to Bali
- Cross multiple time zones, you'll arrive in Bali on Day 3 (Bali date)
- Pack light, sleep on the plane, and arrive ready to celebrate

Day 2

Travel Day

Still in the air - crossing the International Date Line
Rest, watch movies, hydrate, and get excited
Arrival into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) registers as Day 3

Day 3

Arrival

Private airport pickup - driver meets you with a sign, luggage handled
Scenic ~1.5 hour private transfer to Ubud through lush Balinese countryside
Check-in and unwind
Light hotel dinner or nearby restaurant
Optional: book a spa treatment or visit the famous Ubud Monkey Forest to gently shake off jet lag

- Optional stop: local silversmith or Balinese spice farm
- Pura Tirta Empul (Holy Spring Water Temple) — witness traditional Balinese purification rituals

Elephant Encounters

Every traveler must make a deposit of $400 to secure your spot. Your deposit is non-refundable.
Cancel 60+ days before the trip: You’ll receive a refund of other payments, minus the deposit and any late fees incurred.
Cancel within 60 days of departure: No refunds will be issued.
