What is a hosted group trip?
Hosted group trips are small, curated travel experiences led by Brittney of Limitless Travels by BLee. These trips blend culture, comfort, and connection—ideal for those who want to travel without the stress of planning. Each itinerary includes immersive experiences, time to relax, and thoughtful touches of luxury.

Who are these trips for?
These trips are designed for busy people (and their friends or partners) who love to travel but don’t have time to plan. Whether you're celebrating something special or simply need a reset, you're welcome.

Do I have to know anyone to join?
No. Many of our travelers come solo. We create a welcoming and easygoing group vibe so everyone feels included.
What’s included in the trip price?
Each trip varies, but packages typically include hotel accommodations, immersive experiences, ground transportation, and most meals. A detailed list of inclusions is provided in each trip description.
Are flights included?
Flights are not included. You are free to book flights that suit your schedule and budget. Recommended arrival and departure windows will be shared.

Are the trips just for women?
Nope! While most of our clients are professional women and curated with women in mind, we welcome anyone seeking a thoughtful, meaningful travel experience. Any women only trips will be clearly indicated.

Will Brittney be on the trip?
Yes. Brittney personally hosts or co-hosts all group trips to ensure the experience is smooth and memorable.

Independent Travel Planning

Do you offer travel planning for just me (or me and a small group)?
Yes! If you want a fully custom itinerary, Limitless Travels by BLee offers Independent Trip Planning services. Whether you’re dreaming of a honeymoon, baecation, girls' getaway, or solo escape, we’ll curate a meaningful trip around your interests, pace, and style.
What’s included in your custom trip planning service?
We offer tiered packages based on your needs—from basic itinerary guidance to full-service trip planning with booking assistance. You’ll receive a personalized travel proposal, curated experiences, optional upgrades, and travel support.
What destinations do you plan for?
We specialize in destinations across the Caribbean, Latin America, and parts of Europe—but can assist with other locations depending on your travel style and goals.
How far in advance should I start planning?
For the best experience, start planning 3–6 months in advance. However, we do accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
Do I have to book my trip through you?
Not necessarily. We offer both itinerary design and booking services. You can choose what level of support works best for you.
Is this service just for women?
Nope! While many of our clients are professional women, we welcome couples, families, or anyone seeking a thoughtful, meaningful travel experience.

Yes. Whether you need a quick getaway or a full itinerary, we can assist with a wide range of bookings. We’ll work with your preferences to find the best fit.

How do I get started?
Head to the Travel Inquiry Form or Upcoming Trips page to get started. You’ll answer a few questions so we can match you with the best trip or service option.

Absolutely. Join the email list or follow @LimitlessTravelsbyBLee on Instagram for updates, sneak peeks, and travel inspiration.

What are the Payment Terms?
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. The deposit amount is listed in each trip’s itinerary.
After the deposit, monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active and in good standing.
All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars via Square.
Final payment is due by the date listed in your trip’s payment schedule.

What about Late or Missed Payments?
If a monthly payment is missed, you'll receive an email notice after 7 days.
If payment is not received within 24 hours of that notice, your trip will be canceled automatically, and all payments made will be forfeited.
A $250 late fee applies to any payment made after the final payment deadline—and must be approved by Limitless Travels by BLee via email before the final deadline.
If your roommate fails to pay or cancels, you are responsible for the cost difference for single occupancy.

What is the Cancellation & Refund Policy?
Your deposit is non-refundable.
Cancel 60+ days before the trip: You’ll receive a refund of other payments, minus the deposit and any late fees incurred.
Cancel within 60 days of departure: No refunds will be issued.
If your roommate cancels, you are responsible for the cost of the single room upgrade.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Travel insurance is highly recommended.
